MH20i測頭具有良好的分度定位重復性，從而有效地提高了多方向測量的效率，是在使用多個測頭/測桿配置和測座位置情況下的理想選擇，使得復雜的測量任務在一次就能完成。
集成的TP20模塊是一種可5方向或6方向操作的觸發式測頭?？梢允謩痈淖儨y針的配置而不需要重新定位測針，在檢測時可節省很多時間。
II.復合式測量功能

III.冷干機
提供三坐標所用氣源的初級空氣過濾，除水，除油，為三坐標本身所配置的精密過濾系統減輕壓力，有效延長測量機的使用壽命。
